Help an American find a soccer Web site

Soccer Filter: Find me a specific Web site that compared/contrasted American pro sports leagues with international soccer.
There was a site I skimmed in the past that I'd like to see again.
All I recall were:
* It seemed to be a person's personal project, not something professional from ESPN or similar.
* It "explained" international soccer for Americans.
* It went into detail about how Premier League, UEFA, Champions, etc worked on a structural/competition/playoff level, comparing it closely to the NBA, NFL, MLB, etc. (e.g. "In the NFL, the playoffs are structured XYZ. In Premier League, it's ABC.")
* It had tables of comparison data points.
* It had a black background and lots of different color text used for emphasis purposes.
I've googled and googled but can't re-find this specific site.
