Pocket PC Gym Workout Logging

What's a good way to keep track of workouts using a PocketPC?

I'm looking for software that can help me keep track of workout weights/sets/reps etc. as well as allow me to sync with desktop software. I'm getting rather tired of maintaining excel spreadsheets and am wondering if there are any good software products that people would reccomend?

Bonus points for software that has dietary logging capabilities!

It's mildly pricey, but I use My Sport Training, which has desktop/PPC versions and sync. There are free trials, so it should be easy to see if it meets your needs.

Diet logging is added via the optional "food" module, which I also use.

Good question... What about one that works for Smartphones (WM2003SE)?

Here's another vote for MySportTraining, I use it and it's sister application, MyPersonalDiet and the sync. You can also get different versions if for instance you have a supported heart rate monitor that will sync with the software.

You're risking, provided you're working out with real weights, smashing a couple hundred dollars work of gadget just so you can look cool. I use a printed, folded sheet of paper and a pen, where I write the weight I used next to each exercise and set, and that's really all the logging you need to do. Don't overanalyze this, just get in there and train!

That's a good point Mr. Gunn, I agree with the paper idea, I bring a print out of the exercises I'm going to do (via Hyperstrike) and write down what I did. It's only after the workout that I enter them into the computer.
