Personal Shoppers - or Mefites who feel like doing a favour -- in Buffalo?

There is a pair of shoes my boss wants, but they're only available in the USA. They're very popular, and I've finally located a pair.

Does anyone know someone who lives in Buffalo, and can either:

1) Pick up the shoes (I'll PayPal you the cash ahead of time), and have her pick them up from you next week when she's in the area;

2) Pick up the shoes, and I'll have FedEx come get them from you?
