Overseas tailor

Is there a site on the web that rates workmanship and prices of overseas tailors?

I'd like to get some custom clothes, and I understand overseas tailors can save a ton of money. However, I don't know anything about the industry, and was wondering whether anyone knew a site that compared and evaluated tailors in Asia or elsewhere in an Epinions sort of way.

My friend likes www.mytailor.com The guy comes to various cities from Hong Kong and takes your measurements. He loves their custom shirts, btw.

I realize this isn't exactly what you are asking for, but might be an alternative.

I've seen threads in (the incomparable) Flyertalk about that. I don't remember which boards, though.
