I'm looking for a great end-user web-based LDAP interface. Something like GOsa or simpler, but that will run on OSX. For scale LDAP Admin is too low level. Thanks!

How about phpldapadmin?

phpldapadmin is painful to set up and use, and it will seriously fsck up your LDAP directory if a user makes the smallest goof. We used it to administer permissions and user accounts at a client once and I was restoring the database on almost a weekly basis.

It's not web-based, but LDAP Browser is Java-based and is cross-platform (like a web app).

Not sure about enduser, but we use LAST. (Ldap Admin Super Tool) which is web/perl based - that way we could add extra fun to the code.
