Where should I go on vacation?

I'm in need of a vacation as I've had several difficult months. I'd like to find a spa or resort that is health focused but not completely medical. I don't need treatment for heart disease, diabetes etc. I would like to find a place with lots of options for exercise, personal training, very healthy meals etc. As a bonus, it would be great if the place was scenic with a pool and/or beach. I'd like to combine the relaxation of a spa vacation with the health focus of a place like

I've never been to it, but I lived in Austin for a long time where people raved about Lake Austin Spa Resort.

The spa at the Doral Resort in Miami is fantastic.

The Golden Door in Escondido, California sounds very much like what you're looking for.

I haven't been there myself, but a work-mate went recently and returned with fabulous reviews.
