Streaming with fair payout models - what's out there besides IDAGIO?

IDAGIO has a "pay per second" payout model that pays artists more the longer their tracks are, as opposed to "pay per stream" employed by other streaming services. But how much exactly is IDAGIO paying out, and are there other services out there doing the same thing?

Lately I've been enjoying IDAGIO for my classical music needs, mainly because of their payout model of "pay per second". In concept, that means classical tracks, which are typically longer than typical pop tracks, earn more for the artists than the more popular "pay per stream" model that Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music et al use.

What I'm trying to figure out is:
* How much is IDAGIO actually paying out, and are they paying enough to justify using them vs. the other services? I haven't been able to find any numbers from IDAGIO, but there are numbers for Spotify, Tidal and Apple Music.
* Are there other services with the same or similar model, covering other music genres besides or in addition to classical? Or other media (TV, movies...)?

P.S. no need to talk about purchasing music outright. I know that's the best way to support artists. I'm just curious about this particular payout model.
