Recommendations for porting a toll-free number to a virtual carrier

I have a toll-free phone number that does one thing: forwards to outside voicemail where it is automatically transcribed and sent via email. In an effort to save money, I'd like to move that toll-free number away from AT&T to another service, probably virtual. Do you have recommendations for a company that can accept a ported toll-free number that you have used? I'm looking for low cost, reliability, and a disinclination to saddle me with services and add-ons I don't want to pay for and don't need. A company that has a large install base and a decently long history is probably a good sign. If they have their own voicemail and automatic transcription service that could be worth exploring but I don't require it. Thank you!
Best answer: I use voip.ms as well and it's the cheapest option I've found. If usability is worth it to you, CallCentric.com is also relatively inexpensive but has a nicer interface than voip.ms.

Best answer: I just checked my VOIP.MS account, and am currently paying:
* $0.99/month for a DID toll free number
* plus $0.02 to $0.17/minute for inbound calls (depending on caller's location)
* voicemail: free
* voicemail transcription: additional $0.05/minute
What are you paying on ATT ?

I’ve used it to port a toll-free number over and set up voicemail. The user interface is not easy, but the prices are very very, very reasonable.
