At first I doubted it was a font, but then I saw that the "h" was the same. Unfortunately I can't help, but I can say good luck -- I think you're going to have a tough time finding an exact match, since handwriting fonts like this are a dime a dozen. I know I've made a few in my time.

Your best bet would be to ask the brains in the Typophile forums. If anyone can indentify a mystery font, you'll find them there.

I tried WhatTheFont on it, and, while I didn't find an exact match (all the possible matches had dots over the 'i', for example), some are close enough that you might find them useful.

the N & M remind me of Sayer Script... unfortunately, that's the only letters that remind me of that font.

Response by poster: Yeah, I did the whatthefont thing as well as several others and I'm just not getting it. Thanks for the help though guys.

Grimshaw Script from American Stationery. Really small sample, but compare a and h.

(It looks familiar from the catalogs, which have clearer pictures.)

Larger sample.

This means it's probably not available as a font, but hey, you want luggage tags, you're in luck.

Could be a custom font. I have seen companies that create fonts from your own writing. Just an idea.

You can try Identifont, though it's more difficult with such a small letter sample.

I'm beginning to think it was a font created with Fontifier or the like and a sharpie pen.

Grimshaw Hand is an available font. Might be it.

I vote for custom font from Fontifier, too.

dafont's catalog of handwritten fonts might be another place to look around, too.

Best answer: I'm surprised nobody got this first -- it's dearJoe II, from JoeBob Graphics.

Response by poster: It is indeed dearJoe II with the dots removed from the i & j. Thanks all for the help!
