ISO Industrial Roomba/Robot Vacum

I help maintain a 2100 sq ft space that functions as a volunteer-run community center. It seems like there should be a Serious Business robot vac that could help us. Is there?

I've poked around a bit, and I see a lot discussion of things I don't care about: pet hair, stairs, carpets, sound volume - and a little I do care about: strength, battery, emptying.

Is there not a model designed to say, clean a gymnasium once a day? With battery to spare, powerful fans, and an easy-empty bucket? Maybe even something with a cyclone stage to separate dust from heavy particulate matter?

At this point, using Instructables and GitHub feel like the best path.

Best answer: How about Makita?

Response by poster: The Makita looks good and will investigate.
Very good 4-year review from a shop here for the curious. Downsides seem to be 1) Even easier to get stuck than Roomba (not a big deal) 2) Price of $1500+ Can find on ebay for $800, but still steepish.
