Questions about an item listing online.

Is this item listed in US dollars or another currency? Does it look like they would ship to the US?

There’s an item I’m interested in purchasing online that seems to only be available from Spanish language e-commerce sites like this one: https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.mx/MLM-3442448534-sonic-shin-rojo-knuckles-videojuego-muneco-articulado-luz-_JM

Mercado Libre looks like a reputable site, and the seller seems to have good ratings, but my Spanish isn’t good enough to decipher whether the price is listed in US dollars or something else (pesos?) or whether they would ship to the US.

Basically, my question is: if I purchased this with US dollars what would the price be, and would it eventually show up at my US address?

I realize this is a silly question, so thank you in advance for even thinking about answering it!

Best answer: It says "Envio a todo el paiz" which means "I ship to the whole country." Since it is a Mexican website, I assume the whole country referred to is Mexico. I also assume that the shipper had the option to choose other descriptions of their shipping policies (I ship locally, I ship to this province, I ship anywhere, I ship to this list of countries, etc.), so if they chose "I ship to the whole country." that's their limit.

Also, I clicked the calculate shipping cost button and it asked for a postal code. Presumably, it wants a Mexican postal code. I tried putting in a U.S. zipcode just for funsies and I got an error. I don't think they ship to the U.S.

I don't know what currency they're billing in, but it looks like that particular seller only ships to Mexico.

I purchase things from that site all the time. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

That's sold in Mexican pesos; it's about $10 USD. They don't ship to the US (and probably use a Mexican courier service for delivery, not the slow and unreliable Mexican postal service so probably wouldn't be willing to, but there is an ask a question function (Pregúntale al vendedor) at the bottom of the page if you want to try a long shot).

Actually, looking closer it is actually warehoused and shipped by MercadoLibre on behalf of the seller, so international shipping is probably not an option, but you never know if they might have other stock on hand themselves.

There's someone reselling them on ebay at a not insane markup (that ships worldwide).
