Help me find this "The Office" Meme

I recently saw a meme where the text was something about John Krasinski and below were four pictures of Randall Park. One of the pictures was of his Office appearance, but the other three were not. It was very much like the Jennifer Lawrence/Bear joke. I must have scene it somewhere like Pleated-Jeans or another Tumblr site, but I can't find it now. Hope me, please.

I can't get you all the way there, but I can inch you closer.

I saw it as part of a TikTok about John K being named sexiest man alive by People Mag. The creator has a meme behind her. That meme was created by an account named CarlosAcolt on Twitter/X.

I can't get any further because I'm not on Twitter anymore. But someone else here probably is.

OK, I've done the research and I've seen the sites and videos on line asserting that Randall Park looks like John Krasinski. Since the two actors don't look alike at all, please tell the rest of us why some people think this is funny. Was there once a genuine mix-up of the two actors in real life?

... And yes, I've seen the "Office" episode in which Randall Park played a character implausibly pretending to be Jim (John Krasinski), in order to fool Dwight. Are these memes meant to imply that the reader of the meme is as (impossibly) stupid as Dwight was portrayed in the episode?

No one is being called stupid. Dwight was not being called stupid. It was a prank based in absurdity because they are so obviously not similar looking. The joke is when everyone else in the episode went along with the joke in a totally deadpan way. Now the entire internet is doing the same thing.

The lengths that Pam and Jim went to pull this off really added to the joke. A family picture with him in it? That is hilarious. If you don't think the show prank was funny, then you probably don't think the meme is funny either. Absurdity is something I often find funny until I don't, and then I find it really tedious.
