Alexa-compatible switch that also has a remote control?

I have an old X10 AC control module that I use with a remote to control two lamps that are very difficult to reach. I would like to replace it with something that's Alexa-compatible (I have an Echo Dot) but also allows some type of physical remote control. Trying to find something like this on Amazon's site is an exercise in frustration. I'd like to believe something like this exists, but am I just dreaming?
I have lamps controlled by cheap RF remote controls. I added an “RF blaster” that is compatible with Alexa, and now I can control all those lamps via my Echo.
(The blaster can turn the lamps on and off — but it can’t know the current state of the lamps, so it’s not a perfect solution.)

Smart bulbs will solve this for you. Rather than controlling power to the lamp, the bulbs themselves power up or down on command. You can get wall switches that communicate with the bulbs wirelessly, and most/all brands will integrate with Alexa.
I use Philips Hue bulbs. They can do everything you're looking for and more, although if you want Alexa connectivity you need a bridge module so your system can connect to the internet. Oher (cheaper!) systems are available from brands like Govee and IKEA.

This kit includes a wall module the you plug the lamp(s) into, one remote, and the smart bridge that would allow integration with Alexa. If the lamps can't reach the same wall plug, they sell the "Smart lighting lamp dimmer"s standalone and you can use the lutron app to group them into one scene that one or more remotes can control.

The caseta ecosystem is pretty big, you can get wallplate mounts for the remote, switches with/without dimmers, 3-way control, etc.
