You can get a gold-colored vinyl wrap. Runs like $2-3000.

Not to derail but what's up with the tags on this, HearHere? I do appreciate the reminder about CamelCase but wondered if my brain was going haywire for a moment.

The tags are the instructions above the tags input box from the New Question form. Probably an accidental cut-n-paste.

Best answer: You can literally gold-leaf the vehicle, with really-real 24kt gold.

Sure, why not...The plating company would strip the paint off down to bare metal...cover all parts not deemed appropriate for plating like windows, etc. They would do it piecemeal I'm thinking. Hood, doors, frame....22k would be stunning...matte or shiny, I'm not picky.

Do you know any kids? Give them a lot of gorilla glue and a lot of gold-colored glitter and let them at it.

I have a Prius, lots of body parts are plastic. There's are some really great spray paints these days.
