ISO photo albums

I have my physical, printed photos in a cardboard box and would love your recommendations on where I can purchase a proper photo album. The photos are 5 inches by 7 inches.

This has been surprisingly hard to shop for in 2024, both at brick-and-mortar and online stores. I live in NYC, so please assume I have access to a wide range of vendors.

Places I’ve tried and struck out at:
Container Store
Ikea
Jetpens
Muji
Staples
Target

These are for photos going back to when I was born, so I’m looking for something durable. I’m not looking to re-insert these 200-ish photos into new albums anytime soon! Aesthetics-wise, I’m looking for something sleek rather than baroque.

If you found something you like on Amazon, please recommend a specific product or brand, since there are, predictably, tons of results. Thanks!

Best answer: Did you try Michaels craft stores? I still see them there; and I've found unused ones at thrift stores, of all places.

Response by poster: Ah, of course, Michaels! Thrift stores were on my mind too, as long as the photo compartments are in good condition.

Best answer: You've got access to the pro places in NYC, so that's where I'd go for an album that will last another generation or two. Go to Adorama on 18th, then try Blick around the corner on 6th. If you strike out, then head down to K & M on Orchard up to B & H on 34th. (On preview, what 1970s antihero said.)

Best answer: Dick Blick (there are four or five in Manhattan) sells Semikolon brand albums, although they don't seem to stock them in the brick and mortar locations with much regularity. I would say that's a reputable and archival-quality brand.
