Need help with a Sharp Laser Printer Model Ar-M355U

My office just got upgraded from an older Sharp copier/printer. The machine is handy because of its dual function but I can't figure out how to set it up certain features. I've read through the entire manual, checked Google, and searched the Sharp site.

Here's the deal. In the old machine, there were several output trays. It was set up so that any print copies went directly to right tray, while the photocopies went to the left. I don't know what the "official" names for the trays were.

With this machine, both the prints and the photocopies go to the right output tray unless you manually choose a different output tray for photocopies. Based on the extras that this model has, I'd like to set it up so that photocopies automatically go to the "exit tray", which is the paper output port of the duplex module. Is this possible? I can manually select the output tray when I make copies but it's an additional step that I'd like to eliminate.

(I'd also like to find the jack*ss who set up the machine so that the right output tray is flush with the wall. Letter size paper comes out fine, but 75% of what we print/copy is on tabloid size (11x17) paper so all the copies bunch up. The damn machine is too heavy for me to move and everyone seems content to deal with bunched up printouts.[/rant]
