I'm a professional poker player, and have trouble sleeping, please help!

I have been a poker pro for 2 decades, but last year switched from internet poker to playing live (in-person) poker. After a long internet poker session, I could sleep like a baby. But after any poker session that ends after 10 pm, I can't sleep. Is it adrenaline? Socializing? driving home at night? How can I sleep better? (I already have excellent sleep hygiene otherwise)
Not a pro, but b&m also hits me different than online.
I sleep better if I give myself a little cooldown period to think about the session, record my results, and take any notes that I might want to revisit another day before I leave the casino. I also grab a bottle of water for the drive home, and listen to an audiobook or a podcast to lightly focus myself on something a little boring.
Once home, a shower and I sleep like a baby.

Best answer: Social contact is energizing and puts you on alert, it’s totally normal to need to wind down after. A lot of people with night careers (actors, bartenders, etc) have a lot of energy when the shift is done. I would say just budget in the time to wind down (2-3 hours for me personally).

I've only been in a casino once but there was definately some AC situation that had me buzzing and energetic into the early hours.

I am not a professional poker player, I would consider myself an introvert.
