Crafting printer - 2024 edition

My question is much the same as in this one, what is a good printer to use for multi-creative people who might want to print on fabric, or milk-cartons or other weird stuff. https://ask.metafilter.com/339946/Best-printer-for-crafters-at-the-dawn-of-a-new-decade

Is it still the models the OP found or are there better options? Would probably like to add the ability to refill cartridges from a bottle if some company is better at that type.

Look into UV printers, which can be used to print on a very wide range of materials. They’re not cheap, but they’re extremely flexible. Most are not aimed at consumers, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get one.
