Personal tool tracking library

Between general purpose, woodworking, and electronics, etc. tools I have quite a number of them. Is there a good library application that would let me input a name, picture, and location for each tool with good searching capabilities?

My main use cases would be locating a tool when I need it and ensuring I don't accidentally buy a duplicate of something I already have.

I don't mind paying but would prefer a flat-fee to an ongoing subscription. The ability to easily add the pictures via iPhone would be nice.

I’ve used itemtopia for this purpose.

I don't know about the app, but it will have the same issues as all other inventory applications:

1. It's only as good as the data entry
2. It's only good if you put each tool back exactly where it was before you used it

Memento Database is an easy to use relational database for most platforms. You can create what you want. Yes it does pictures.
