I'm looking for a Mac/iOS app or website that can offer me a light at-home workout bases on my age and muscles I want to imporove. Subscription is fine but free is better. Ideally, I'd like the app to offer chair and floor based workouts that I could increase over time. Thanks

Best answer: I absolutely love darebee.com. There are a million workouts on that site, for all ages, fitness levels, and desired intensities. Tons of floor- and chair-based ones, both bodyweight and using equipment (I almost always just do the bodyweight ones) and almost all of them are based on increasing intensity over time - many of them are set up as 30 day programs so they don't get super repetitive.

Caveat: they don't appear to have an iOS app unfortunately, but their website should work on Safari or any mobile browser. I use it on both Chrome and Firefox.

I've done some of the exercises on Hybrid Calisthenics

I also like Hybrid Calisthenics. I first used it when traveling and had no access to a gym. He offers options for different levels of training.

Not free, but have you looked into Apple Fitness? Works with all Apple devices and can be bundled with other services.
