Elastic shoelaces by the spool?

Where might I purchase a spool of flat elastic sneaker lace in brown or black? Leave the aglets to me.

I have a lot of eyelets, I have the tension hardware, just need the elastic sneaker lace wholesale in brown, tan, beige or khaki. Black will work in a pinch.

Aliexpress has stuff that's close, in 10 and 20 yard lengths: 1, 2

Keywords in the items' description: "Soft Colored Elastic Bands, 5/10/20 Yards 5mm, Colored Hairbands, Ear Straps, Lowest Rings, Bras, Shoulder or Sewing Underwear", and "Bristlegrass (brand)-Lycra Nylon Lycra Cord, Facial Cover, Sewing, 3/16 inch, 5mm". Aliexpress might have something else that's exactly what you're looking for; it's a bit of a jumble.

You may need to adjust your localization and language w.r.t. aliexpress. It thinks I'm a Canada-based japanaphone. On the other hand, alibaba defaults to english with me, but is extremely insistent on selling me Belgian frog legs. In bulk.

Some site called PandaHall has 20 Meters 5.0mm Flat Soft Skinny Elastic Cord, Nylon Fabric Stitched Stretchy Lycra Cord (Black). The stuff has a 5mm x 3mm profile.

PandaHall is probably a subset of Aliexpress, functionally.

Searching on the abovesl's description: "Fat strap shaped nylon elastic rope" brings up promising results in google.

A decent fabric store will have large spools of this that you can buy by the yard. Lorraine Fabrics (Pawtucket) and Just Fabric (Cranston) might. Call ahead.

I'm not 100% sure what "elastic sneaker lace" looks like (vs elastic cording, elastic for mask straps, etc.) but I do know that basically any trim store in the NYC garment district is likely to have it somewhere in their abundance of elastic products. If this flat braided elastic is the right thing, it looks like Pacific Trimming has it in a variety of widths and colors and will sell you whole rolls. They have plenty of other elastic on offer as well if that's not correct.
