Best answer: For Halloween? Get sour gummies, twizzlers in full size packs.

Best answer: Life-size gummy skull with gummy brain that encloses a USB drive with a Flaming Lips album is what you want. But really, I don't think there is a direct analogy - gummy candies aren't typically miniatures of anything larger, they are the original size and other sizes are a variation on that, which is the opposite of what happens with chocolate bars. Like, they didn't make the "fun size" bars first and then have the idea to make big ones. So the size analogy doesn't work, but if the origin analogy works for you then the original gummy bear/worm/whatever size would be in the same place as the original full-size chocolate bar.

Best answer: In practical terms just a full size package or “sharing” or “family” pack if you want to go extreme. With the mini version being the snack pack or trick or treat size package. (ETA some of those include mini gummies.) Those large singular gummy items are impractical and don’t taste good as far as I know and would not compare them to the regular thing. In my candy opinion they are their own category of novelty.

Best answer: I think quantity matters more than the size of the individual piece(s) and would submit that regular-size bags (~200g/~5oz?) of gummy candies are to snack packs of gummy candies as full-size chocolate bars are to miniature chocolate bars.

There used to be (in Scotland, over 30 years ago) palm-sized things called Sour Monkeys or Sour Tulips. Imagine Sour Patch Kids, but even more sour, about 5× as thick, large enough to glue themselves across the entire roof of your mouth and shaped vaguely like a monkey face or a tulip bloom.
Were they a choking hazard? Yes! Were they essentially nasty? Hell Yes! Did us young teens buy and eat them by the shedload? You Betcha!

I’m with Crystalinne. Those giant gummies don’t taste good. Gummy candy is something I know a lot about. I eat them every day. If anyone wants to talk gummy candy, please MeMail me.

You can melt gummies in a microwave.
If you did that in the bottom of a glass butter dish, say, I don’t see how you wouldn’t end up with a gummy bar — and you might get some interesting effects by using gummies of different colors.
