Tetris Games for Android

Which Tetris-like games do you play on your phone? I'm looking for something safe to download that is Tetris, but not the official Tetris game.

The official Tetris game is buggy on my phone and I keep having to reinstall it. There are a lot of similar options but I'm afraid of downloading something sketchy. Thank you!

Best answer: The best I've found is called 'falling lightblocks'.
It's... ok. But still controlled by touchscreen which is just wrong for Tetris

An alternative: If you install Lemuroid from the Google Play Store, you will then be able to play your legal backup copies of games you own such as:

  • Tetris for Gameboy (The OG portable tetris)

  • Tetris DX for Gameboy Color

  • Tetris and Dr. Mario for NES

  • Tetris DS for the Nintendo DS


    • If you don't like controlling Tetris with a touch screen, you could also pair a bluetooth controller to your phone. I have this one that works fine for this purpose
