How can I get one of these eyeball webcams without reading Japanese?

For obvious reasons, I want this. The problem is that I don't read Japanese. I've tried Google, but searching "eyeball webcam" doesn't really narrow down results.

Is there a caring, Japan residing MeFite that can help me accomplish this goal?

If you don't have any success using the AskMeFi crowd (as unlikely as that is), here's a few page of theirs in English, including an e-mail address for enquiries.

Aw, it's a little eyeballkid! It's so cute!

Hey, the caption underneath says "eyeballkid hates you all". That can't be right.

I would order this for you, but alas I am not in Japan and have only American credit cards. However, I believe planetkyoto resides in Japan, and who knows, he may be able and willing to help.

I don't imagine an iBot stuck on a Barbie body would do the trick? If it would, I'd be happy to make it for you in exchange for a square watermelon.

I am to blame for eyeballkid's initial pain, but monju bested me! Darn this is good!

Babelfish was the first thing I tried, but the order form only allows for Japanese Zip Codes and Districts. :(

Eyebalkid, why not just send them an email in English saying you want to buy the product, are willing to pay for shipping etc? I'm sure they won't turn you down.

I'm in Tokyo. If worst comes to worst, send me an email and we'll work something out.

I sent them an inquiry to see if they'll ship to the U.S.

if emailing them doesn't work, i work for a company that imports japanese technology -- i am sure we could order it for you and you could buy it through us.

Sorry, the answer came back "No. We can't take international orders on the site."

Maybe sugarfish can handle it for you?
