Have a neck massager you like?

I want to get my fiance a neck massager as a gift, but I have no idea which ones are any good. Do you have one you like? Which one is it? Thanks!

I've tried a number of neck massagers, and never really loved any. I do, however, love my neck/shoulder heating pad. It doesn't feel intrusive if I'm sitting around wearing it because it's not really bulky. For me, the heat is more relaxing than the massaging function of the massager things.
