Learning first aid + other practical skills by audio

Are there audio books or podcasts that would school me on basic first aid and emergency treatment or prevention, or other practical skills?

In my ideal world these wouldn't be like, people talking in circles about the issue but more like a college lecture with the basics presented in a really systemic way with quiz questions at the end (I imagine with pauses, the way language tapes teach you). "Lecture: Heat-Related Illnesses" [Lecture] "Quiz: what are the 5 signs of heat stroke? [Pause] [Reviews the answer]" That sort of thing.

I'm mainly interested in first aid, search and rescue, home repair, some homesteading kind of stuff (I'm generally very interested in gardening) -- especially the things where there is one right answer that you want to have drilled into your head in case some sort of situation comes up.

Thanks for any ideas you have!

There's a series of books, Where There Is No Doctor was the 1st. My Mom was a nurse and they used Where There Is No Doctor when she volunteered to do village medicine in Guatemala years ago. They are widely available for download in order to get health are information to people who need it. If you use it, it's nice to donate to keep the series updating and available.

In the US, your local Red Cross offers classes and coordinates a lot of emergency response. It's a really useful set of skills to have.
