Help us find this Schopenhauer essay online...

My boyfriend is looking for this essay: "Transcendent Speculation Upon an Apparent Intention in the Fate of the Individual." It was written in 1850, and it was published in a few books, but they're hard to find and quite expensive, so online is best. Any clues?

Amazon has it, in this, but it's $33, which seems pretty steep for just one essay.

Looks like some else has already been looking for it online... and turned up a blank. Well, at least, online. Apparently, it's included in this volume Parerga and Paralipomena, whatever those things are. If that's still out of your price range, go skulk around your local university library... maybe you'll get lucky.

also, translation of public domain works are copyright the year of the translation's publication... so you can get this essay for free in about a hundred years...

And also, you're in Japan, which would add another $12 on for shipping.
