How can I play this old audio?

There is a recording of W.S. Merwin reading Any Time that I'd like to hear - but I can't figure out what would play it.

The audio link is on this page of the Atlantic. In the left hand column it says "Hear W.S. Merwin read this poem" and has a link to a ".ram" file. There's a link to "RealAudio" that redirects to a "RealPlayer" app, but that seems to be for videos. I tried installing the RealPlayer app on my phone but didn't get any closer to being able to play the file...

Any ideas?

Best answer: Seconding VLC, which will play a large variety of video and audio files.

Best answer: the original file is here. (the .ram file is just a playlist.)

here's a converted mp3 version (for as long as Discord's CDN keeps it up).

Response by poster: Thanks. I was unfamiliar with VLC and I also really appreciate the mp3, which I’ve downloaded. I appreciate everyone taking the time to help!
