are there any UK clothing brands which make frilly, girly clothing?

I love the look of Japanese brands such as Ank Rouge and Axes Femme. Living in the UK, though, means I have to import the clothes which is expensive and not at all eco-friendly. Are there any brands local to me which produce and sell similar clothes?

Key elements of the Japanese brands' style are:
* Frills or ruffles placed on hems of most items, especially skirts
* Details such as lace, ribbons or bows around the neckline or cuffs
* Clothes have cutesy elements such as peter pan collars or prints featuring motifs like sweets or hearts

I know of Miss Patina - Their style leans more "preppy" than cute, but some of their items match the look I'm going for. More suggestions of brands/shops that do business in the UK are much needed (please avoid Amazon though). Bonus points if they manufacture their items in the UK rather than outsourcing to a poorer country.

Not sure about online but Camden Market Stables has some good stalls with this sort of aesthetic!

Best answer: Dresses like this and this and tops like this, all from Jovonna London.

For ruffles but grown-up, distressed femininity rather than girlish cutesy, fantastic(ally expensive) dresses from Atomic Field.
