I'm fairly certain it's not a bedbug. Found on the ceiling in my kitchen, NW Washington State, US. I think it's some type of weevil?
Mostly looking for reassurance that this is just a normal critter visitor and not a sign of The Infestation™. Imgur links for bottom of critter and top of critter. (Bug is in a plastic bag, camera photo shot through a 10x loupe.) Critter was released outside after photos.

Response by poster: That was fast, thank you! And hopefully just a visitor that hitched a ride on produce, not necessarily a sign of the bugpocalypse? This is the only one I've found, and I searched the pantry with a flashlight.

Best answer: They will also hatch from birdseed sometimes, if you've got a bag of it in a closet you haven't looked at in a while.
But, generally they're just lost and not a concern other than the heebie-geebies of having things crawling around your house. You won't have a bugpocalypse unless there's lots of food for them to eat, which is usually seed-or-grain-based stuff, in non-sealed containers.
