Can someone advise me on an Android fitness app that fits my needs?
Background:
I am 200% new to this whole workout thing. I have a personal trainer who has given me a special workout to complete. He's a physical therapist and I have severe back and right hip pain. The problem is that my form is not good and he is always telling me that I'm doing it wrong. lol!
My Needs:
I need a free fitness app that won't give me only workouts, but instruction on different pieces of equipment and how to use them. For example, a seated cable row or a dumbbell bridge. I'm older, as you may have guessed but I really want to succeed. The apps I have tried are wonderful, but they don't have any instructions on equipment use.
I've tried Nike, Jillian Michaels and Quick Fit, which Prevention Magazine suggested.
Any suggestions at all, or workarounds?
Many thanks in advance for ANY advice whatsoever.

I'm not certain exactly what you're looking for.
Freeletics is an app that has numerous exercises and it shows you how do do each one. You can exclude exercises that you cannot do. You can also select which equipment you have.
When you begin, it gives you a workout that it uses to access your fitness. It then creates a workout based on that assessment. At the end of each work out it asks you which exercises were problematic and it adjusts future workouts based on your feedback.
In addition, it can tell by how long it takes you to complete each exercise over time how things are going. For instance, if it takes you 2 minutes to do an exercise on your left side that your right side took 30 seconds for, it knows that side is weaker and takes that into account.
Their website is here. At the bottom are before/after videos which you may find useful or inspiring.

Response by poster: Thanks for all the answers! I'll look into Couch to Barbell ad Freeletics too, but I definitely like Caliber. You're all so kind for answering. :)
