Looking for an article that states that Dockerfiles are an interface

Hi folks, I am looking for an tech article that I ran into recently (say, within the last month) whose basic thesis is that Docker / Dockerfiles can be considered an interface between application developers and devops / platform teams. The beginning had a great explanation about what an "abstraction" is, and how certain tools right now are at the wrong level of abstraction for those that need to use it.
