Cheerful but not upbeat, updated

One of my favorite Spotify playlists is this one that I made based on answers to a question from 2018. I would like to update it with songs that have come out since then. To quote from that Ask, "Please recommend some quiet, slow, happy songs. I'm looking for happy songs that aren't boisterous, loud, or fast... Bonus points if the song isn't a love song."

I’m a big fan of Cat Power’s “Amazing Grace“. Low key uplifting and hopeful.

Roy Ayers Ubiquity, Everybody Loves the Sunshine
Big Star, Thank You Friends
Lyle Lovett, If I Had a Boat
Staple Singers, I'll Take You There
Willie Nelson, On the Sunny Side of the Street
White Stripes, We're Going To Be Friends
Seals & Crofts, Summer Breeze (I can never get enough of the Isley Brothers version but maybe it's too loud for this set)
Shuggie Otis, Inspiration Information

More clearly love songs & thus ineligible for bonus points:
Os Mutantes, Baby (1971)
Jill Scott, He Loves Me
Janelle Monáe, Don't Judge Me
Kelly Hogan and the Pine Valley Cosmonauts, Rubber Duckie

Ingrid Michaelson's "Far Away" might fit the bill.

It was released before 2018 so sorry to immediately fight the parameters of the question but if you haven't already got Big Cloud by Radiator Hospital I feel like it might fit the bill.

Cocteau Twins, Summer Blink is the most apt fit of 'cheerful but not upbeat' I could possibly think of. If you're into that, a significant margin of their album Heaven or Las Vegas would also be varying levels of suitable (and all excellent).
