Help me find a salad dressing infographic/poster

I'm looking for an infographic I saw about 5-6 years ago that was an incredibly detailed breakdown of the ingredients one could put into a salad dressing. From memory it was a three part thing along the lines of "pick an acid, pick an oil, pick extra flavour" - almost a mad libs style of thing.

I've tried searching via Google images, and the closest I can come up with is this one from Lifehacker.

I don't think this is it because I distinctly remember that orange juice was in the acid part and cumin was in flavours and I remember thinking that I had to try that one day. There were a lot of interesting combinations, which is what made me like it. However, the style is what I'm after.

Even if this doesn't ring any bells, feel free to chime in with anything you think might fit the bill. I am looking for something I can print and laminate for the wall, preferably in colour, and I'm not against paying some money to make this happen.

Have you tried looking at Pinterest? This sort of thing is right at home there. There are a lot of options here.

Sounds like one of the combinatorics-style columns Mark Bittman sometimes did in the Food section of the Sunday NYT magazine…. this was back when I was receiving the print copy so maybe 10 years ago. I have strong memories of tearing the pages out of the magazine but I don’t know if the NYT even tried to reproduce them online.

I also recall this being a thing in the NYTimes print edition.

Looks like Bittman did turn the concept into a book — or he regularly repurposed pieces of the book as he was writing it for the Sunday Times magazine. Who’s to say which came first?

(Tried to find a review that showed some of the combinatorics pages and didn’t have any luck — the above is the Amazon link.)
