A little dog in a sailor suit has been a good boy at the seaside. Who is he?!

He is maybe a frenchie and is wearing a striped shirt or sailor suit and a white sailor hat. There’s a simple gray background to the meme with text along the lines of: when you’ve been a good boy at the seaside and Mamá gives you an ice cream. Might be from tumblr?

He’s so cute and I’ve been looking for him for months. Please help!

Best answer: The only meme I've seen like that is like that is about a cat with a lollypop, not a dog with ice cream.

Response by poster: Huh, it’s a cat! That is the caption I remember, so I must have imagined the frenchie-in-a-sailor-suit business. Luckily, I love kitties too :)
