Best 2 Day Retreat... Any Subject

I would love to do some enriching things in 2023. Has anyone taken on a new subject in a retreat setting? I am up for yoga, silence, mindfulness, survival, or anything else you can think over a weekend. Thanks for the advice ; I live as far from either coast ( Oklahoma ) as you can get, but I am willing to travel!

I went to a retreat last year at the Omega Institute in upstate NY. They’re just filling in their schedule but check back because more will be added. It’s a self- sustainable focused campus, simple private lodgings amongst several buildings. They have meditation, yoga and other activities you can do in between workshop sessions if you like. You don’t have to do a workshop but can just partake in wellness activities. There is a large food hall where everyone eats so it’s super easy to meet people if you want, or you can eat privately. They have a lot going on so you can pick one of a few programs. Beautiful setting, and great book store!

I've done a few weekend trainings through Girl Scouts, and -- at least in my council -- you don't have to be a Girl Scout, or a woman, to go on them. Some of my favorites were Wilderness First Aid, Archery Instructor, Outdoor Kitchen, and Advanced Outdoor Skills (everything from knots to oysters). Definitely not "yoga, silence, mindfulness," but it is "survival," so maybe it's suitable.

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma has a bunch of training sessions. Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma doesn't seem to have anything relevant right now.

I've been looking for similar opportunities (here are two I am eyeing -- weekend wilderness survival and loom weaving) and have decided that "intensive" + "weekend" often pulls up interesting results, but that finding something that includes room and board is harder. Are you willing to set up your own accommodations?
