Does HP Tango use Liquid or Dry Toner

I'd like to do a photo transfer with ModPodge photo transfer. This requires something printed with dry toner, not liquid. Apparently all laser printers work but only some inkjet printers. I have an HP tango colour printer. Will that work?m

Best answer: From what the product page says, it takes thermal ink, not toner at all, so it'd be liquid.

Best answer: The HP Tango uses #64 ink cartridges, which are a dye-based ink. Generally, dye-based inks do not lend themselves well to this sort of thing, as they are quite likely to run. Some other inkjet printers use pigment-based inks, which are more resistant to running. You could always try a test and see, but I suspect it won't go well. Is using a print shop to have your project laser printed an option? If not a friendly local print shop, do you have something like a Kinkos or UPS Store nearby that offers print services?

Your local library almost certainly offers laser printing, also Staples.
