Sport Highlights/Announcers from Other Countries

I would like to be able to watch some sport highlights from how they looked in other countries. For example, I would like to see what the Argentina broadcast looked like in Argentina when they won the world cup yesterday. Searching on twitter and youtube goes no where-- the best i can do is the Andres Cantor call which is from USA (Telemundo). Is a VPN my only choice? What other ways can one search for things like this?

Facebook and Twitter is probably a good start for this. Idk if there’s a hashtag for Argentine Twitter like there is for Black/Irish/Scottish/etc but probably

Don't know if this fits the bill (and I only dipped in a bit here and there so I don't completely get exactly what this contains) but here's a livestream from yesterday that shows parts of the final (and various other games - the final starts around 4 hrs in, I think), as well as some interviews and random coverage of training and so on, and lots of crowd shots. During the final (at least in the parts I looked at) you don't see the game itself, but instead a split screen of a huge crowd in Buenos Aires watching the game (with an announcer in Spanish, I assume it's what was being broadcast at that location?) along with a crowd in Paris. It's interesting to see, although it doesn't seem to be completely in sync with the progress of the game.
