Online Drawing classes

I'm looking for an online subscription site to give as a gift that teaches people how to draw/sketch. The person I'm giving it to (my wife) has little experience drawing but is interested in learning. Ideally, there would be progressive lessons and coaching would be a plus. Thanks!

Sketchbook Skool looks cool to me, but I haven't actually taken anything there myself. They have tons of content. Earlier this year I went down a little bit of a Danny Gregory (the founder) rabbit hole and he has such a comfy, empathetic vibe, very appealing. The whole outfit looks really interesting.

Seconding Sketchbook Skool. I have taken a ton of their classes and learned so much from them.

I can recommend Erika Lancaster: a friend has been taking online lessons from her for a year and loves it. She's currently at capacity, but has a waiting list.

I normally wouldn't make a negative recommendation, but I would avoid New Masters Academy for a beginner. The site overall has a ton of content and is presented in a very orderly way in their marketing, but their Beginner's Drawing Course is really haphazardly organized, weirdly paced and frustrating. It is somehow both too much detail and not enough to be useful, and jumps around instructors, so lacks continuity.
