Did I miss my chance to buy Adobe Elements 2022?

So I finally logged in to buy Elements 2022, which I saw just a few weeks ago for $99, and today it appears I have to buy Elements 2023 for $149. DAMMIT.

My computer died recently, and I bought a new one, and though I have my old Adobe Elements 12 on CD in the original box, I forgot my new computer did not come with a CD player (wtf, that really sucks for olds that have a lot of media on CD and DVD. Jerks). Well, that version was quite old anyway (2013?), so I had resigned myself to the $99, and now this. I am so annoyed!

Anyway, does anyone know if I can still get 2022? Maybe there's a secret way on the Adobe website to get that page? I mean, it IS still 2022. Also, I highly doubt there is additional utility for me with the extra $50. The 2013 version was perfectly suited to what I used this for, which is to make adjustments to photos from my phone, or make banners or graphics for my website. I know there are many free versions of things that will do all that but I have tried a few and this is the interface I like.

You may eventually want a solution for buying the up-to-date software, but a temporary (and cheaper) solution would be to buy a USB optical drive and install your old CD version using that.

Best answer: I'm seeing $149 as the bundle price, but Elements itself still as $99?
