Mailable gift for someone fancy

I need to mail a gift for someone fancy in the US. What should it be?

She likes beautiful, environmentally sustainable things.
She is busy, high-performing, wealthy, and somewhat outdoorsy.
Has 3 school age kids (but it definitely doesn't need to be for the kids).
Great taste - clean modern aesthetic, Scandinavian style, natural wood, muted springtime colour palette.
Something handmade or unique would be nice.
If it's food, it should be fairly healthy. But chocolate would be ok.
Would be nice to support a woman-owned or BIPOC-owned business, but not imperative.
Budget is about $100-200, but could go higher for the right thing.
Thanks!

Does it have to be a physical gift? If not, you could donate money to a cause (maybe something supporting women, BIPOC) that both she and you value?

Three woman-owned small businesses that I can personally recommend:
History + Industry (jewelry, mostly enamel, very modern)
Clam Lab (ceramics, mix of sculptural and functional, austere)
Hayes Clay (dyed porcelain, functional, unusual)

The fanciest of fruits, for example 6 luscious pears from Harry & David.
Add poem composed for the occasion.

I'm a big fan of Seattle Chocolate, which is not only woman-owned, but donates portions of their sales of various items to Girls Inc. and other causes. Their Jcoco line features some good "fancy" options.

In the non-food realm of women-owned businesses, Formulary 55 is another personal fave. Vegan, cruelty-free soaps, lotions, and other everyday luxuries, plus they carry similar items from other small companies. Their holiday and Southwestern scents in particular are lovely. For the budget you have set aside, their soap subscription could be a fun gift.

Midunu chocolates (black-woman-owned, made in Ghana emphasizing African flavors) would be an adventurous choice.

Hard to beat a Recchiuti burgundy box (small business).

My current obsession is Rebecca Livingston's pottery. Her work is obviously beautiful IMHO but what you can't tell from the photographs is just how lightweight and fine her pieces are. They feel more like fine porcelain than handmade stoneware, and are a pleasure to hold and use.

One of Ed Wohl's gorgeous birdseye maple cutting boards.

Amazing chocolate from Lagusta's Luscious, a woman-owned chocolate shop producing ethical chocolates in New Paltz. I used to get weekly vegan meal delivery service from Lagusta back in the day. I'm not even vegan but just loved her food. She moved on to open a successful chocolate shop in New Paltz in 2003 with a deep commitment to social justice, environment and veganism. She is known for her Furious Vulvas (bittersweet chocolate shaped vulvas with pink peppercorns). This might be too outre for your fancy friend but they make plenty of other noteworthy chocolate. I like their value statement and commitment to quality.
