Best platform for monthly pledge donations?

I’m quitting smoking and want to create a crowdfunding campaign that allows people to pledge $x/month per month that I quit. 100% of proceeds will go to charity so am looking for low/no fees. Which is the best platform I can use for this?

Best answer: If they can just donate directly to a charity and then log it somewhere, that would simplify things a lot.

Or, some of the huge nonprofits have fundraiser pages where you get a profile page and the money just goes directly to the org. I don't know how common or uncommon this is, but I've seen it at least once or twice.
