What to do with one pound of black garlic?

A few years ago, we bought two one-pound containers of whole black garlic. We used one container, a bulb or two at a time, to flavor pizza, congee, and hummus. What can we do with the remaining pound to use it up more quickly?

Assuming it’s still in decent condition, given the age … freeze it - either minced in oil (ice cube trays, perhaps, inside airtight bag) or whole, again wrapped airtight - and use it as needed?

Roast it and mix it with clarified butter, then freeze that in cubes?

I think wenestvedt has the answer. But no need to roast.

Response by poster: This isn't a question about storage. Black garlic is aged garlic and does not need to be refrigerated or frozen to have it keep. I'm looking for recipes for using it. And there's a lot, so I'm looking especially for recipes that use a lot of black garlic.

Black garlic aioli is so delicious (I put on burgers) and should use a few cloves at a time.

Yotam Ottolenghi loves black garlic, as his recipes can attest. I bet you can use a lot by just going through some of his recipes. My fav is his brown rice with caramelized onions and black garlic. I make a big batch for a weeks worth of lunch.
