Oddly specific request. Do you have this book? May I ask you to share the recipe on page 129 for Artichoke & Black Bean Dip? Thank you!
This dip delights vegans and dairy-free folks alike. It's from a twenty year old vegan cookbook, and my local library no longer has it in circulation. Thank you for your help!

Best answer:
1-½ cups cooked or canned black beansposted by ibex at 5:28 AM on November 2, 2022 [25 favorites]
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 6-oz (156-ml) jar artichoke hearts, chopped
In blender or food processor, blend together the beans, garlic, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper until coarse. Stir in the artichoke hearts. Serve chilled. Makes approx 2 cups.
I feel faint reading this is from a 20 year old cookbook. This was the cookbook I gifted to the first vegan group house I was living in in grad school. Which surely can't be 20 years ago haha. But I can attest that this spread is legit delicious.

St. Peepsburg, at the bottom of Nathaole's profile, under the crouton garden, you will see the option to "Generate a new crouton." When you click on it, it gives you a crouton and you can take that crouton to your garden or move on to another crouton. As I am a true crouton petter, I couldn't possibly pass one by, so I now have a crouton garden of my own.

That same page contains a recipe for a Spicy Peanut Dip that sounds like a good time:
