Looking for field recordings of trains, and one recording in particular

Hello all, this question relates to a recent amplification question posted here.. I've checked out the previouslies and there are a few references to recordings, but I am looking for extensive lists of field recordings by enthusiasts (trains in motion leaving or arriving, train horns, platform noises). Contemporary and historical, and any specific to western Canada would be great but by no means restricted to that area.

Several years ago I found some great resources and I cannot find the sites, I think it's a matter of time and digging but on the off-chance you know of some good ones, I'd be grateful for the share. There is a specific recording of a train in the English countryside at night, the person caught the most distant approach from what must have been a spacious field or meadow by the sounds of it, then you get a long tail of the train receding with the recording capturing that stillness of night at the end once the train has completely faded out. I'm pretty sure I was emailing links to that recording, it was sublime, but I can't find it for the life of me.
