Sewing pattern dupe

Want to find a sewing pattern that looks like these pants, but isn't size restricted. I wear a size 22 (or a whole size up or down, depending on the sizing) and just am not going to buy from pattern designers who have restricted sizes anymore. I refuse! But I can't find any patterns that hit quite right from mainstream pattern publishers, and searching for plus size anything on etsy is a joke. Help!

I am fine with either paper or digital. If I have to do a lot of alterations to the pattern design to achieve that style, and not just those needed to improve fit, then it isn't the pattern I want. I will not make pants if there are bunch of extra steps involved (I hate making pants). Pattern and fabric will sit unused. And I want to make them, because I will look so cute, for fall, which is now. So here we are.

The Genêt pants from Deer & Doe are available in up to a French size 60 (49-inch waist); they're high-waisted and the waistband/pleating is similar to the linked pattern but they don't taper at the ankle; that might be too much alteration. I've never made pants from a Deer & Doe pattern (because I too hate making pants) but their dress patterns are great.

Gertie of Charm Patterns has a Patreon where she releases patterns - you can join her group for as low as $7/month and quit if it's not to your tastes, but her Lucille trousers are close to what you're looking at here. She's size-inclusive - check out Charm Patterns website to get a flavor for it.

The Mitchell trousers from Closet Core are pleated with a tapered leg view, though they don’t have a separate waistband. The pattern goes up to a 63” hip.

Is the Style Arc audrey close to what you're aiming for? It has pleats, tapered leg, some intended wearing ease, zip/button front.

I found a few patterns for you that come in the sizes that you want.
What I gathered from the picture is that you want a pleated (maybe double) front pants pattern with tapered legs.
This Butterick pattern looks pretty close. It has a sharp line down the front, but I don't imagine that that's imperative.

This McCall's pattern has the general look with some minor differences: you would need to add belt loops and change from a hidden closure to a button.

This Vogue pattern doesn't seem to have quite the right taper, but looks similar in broad strokes.

This pattern is not a million miles off and comes in plus sizes. All the elements (front pleats, waistband, belt loops) are there but it is slightly less form fitting overall and has straight legs. You could taper the legs and see if you need to take it in any at the waist/hips.

How about the Nita Trousers from Amy Nicole Studio?

Seamwork Ani will work. Republique du Chiffon has two patterns that are nicely menswear inspired but only go to a 34” waist (I think?), Alphonse and Claude. I am looking to make the Mitchell trousers linked above myself. They just came out a few weeks ago and have some cool details.

The Goldfinch Jones trousers are zero waste and go up to a 64” waist.
