Looking for the name of an indie band from the 2010s

I have a vague memory of a 2000s/2010s sibling trio with a name like Billy, Ella, and Louis.
It was three first names that were the members' birth names, but because their names were similar to jazz singers, the band name was supposed to evoke 1950s jazz. They had an instrumental arrangement that featured the piano (I believe it was piano, bass, and drums) and also sang in harmonies. I believe the family was part Romani, and I remember reading that they had a connection to the Raincoats, but I can't find any mention of them on the Raincoats' wikipedia page. Does this ring any bells?
