What's the most informative, elucidating, English-language single video (i.e. not a series) out there that demonstrates how a good editor can affect a film? Written articles are also ok if they contain illustrative video clips.
The cutting Edge: The Magic of Movie Editing is a full movie about editing.
The Art of Editing and Suicide Squad is a fun an informative rip of the editing in that film.

How Does an Editor Think and Feel from the now-defunct Every Frame a Painting is a great example of this.
