Multiple "small" cabins for rent within a few hours of Boston?

I'm looking for 5+ "small" cabins (similar to the artist cabins you see on Rt 6 on the way out to Ptown) that are also near a body of water--for a men's retreat.
I organize the retreat for 15-20 sober men every summer, which has traditionally been held on the Cape at a very large home. We've realized that it's a bit crazy to pay Cape summer prices when really we just need a fire pit and our own space/beds (we're all 25 - 50ish) to shoot the shit for a long weekend. Trouble has brewed when guys show up late and end up on a couch, etc.
Everyone pays the same amount regardless of accommodation. I'd like to be able to offer different sleeping options based on need for privacy (i.e. you want a private room you're paying more) and multiple cabins would allow for that..
I'm looking for a campground or other location with single/double/quad occupancy with a central meeting location (indoor and/or outdoor). Something like this (which is a bit farther than we prefer to drive).
Suggestions? Thanks!

You didn't say your budget--this might be just as expensive as the cape option and maybe is too far away (3.5 hours drive), but I attended some great yoga retreats at this location when it was under previous management: Sky Meadow Retreat. The "dance pavillion" at least used to have a fire pit in the middle of it, I think? The rooms are mostly bunk rooms in a big barn, with a few private rooms available. Maybe you can get a deal if you do some of the cooking yourselves :)

Check out the Warren Conference Center and Inn in Ashland.
Lakeside, with campfire gathering area. I'm not seeing cabins featured on the website but I seem to recall them when I visited years ago. Anyway the inn likely offers double occupancy at least, and it's more rustic than you'd expect based on the website and the proximity to Boston.

My indoor soccer team does a few of these a year. They are great fun.
If you want to do it in Washington state, let me know.
The cabins thing is rustic as foretold, and is a really cool idea. Makes me want to do the same in the NE. Hope people can give you cool answers.

Berkshire Hills Eisenberg Camp is just under 3 hours from Boston, does group rentals with motel style rooms, and has a lake and a fire pit.

Oh also maybe check out Huttopia? There’s one in NH and one in Maine. Autocamp in Falmouth may be more luxe than what you’re looking for but it’s really nice.

In case this helps with your search, these are sometimes called “bungalow colonies”. Although possibly that term was used only in the Catskills, in the last century.

I was just in Lincoln, NH, and there are a bunch of cabins there, if the Pemigewasset River is enough of a body of water for you.
