Boston area therapist recommendations

I'd like to work on anxiety related to uncertainty and feeling regret frequently about big decisions. Please tell me about therapists that'll work with someone around the Boston metro area that you've had a good experience with.

I learned a lot when I worked with the Boston University Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders. They do sliding scale and very effective treatment.

Katie Corcoran at Greenbridge Counseling in Tyngsboro. It’s probably a little further out than you’d like, but she’s licensed in Massachusetts and does primarily telehealth sessions, so it would work. I don’t want to give too much away about her, but be aware that she might be taking some time off in the not-too-distant future.

It's been a long time since I saw my former therapist -- I only left him because I moved out of town -- but I can recommend him.

Not a recommendation of a specific person, but depending on where you are in the Boston area, I can definitely recommend (and have before) the Interface helpline for matching with a therapist who meets your needs along a variety of axes. They will also check back after connecting you so that if it's not clicking they can help you find someone else.
